Once your application is submitted, our team will review your claim quickly – often within 24 – 48 hours. If your car is undrivable, we can arrange to deliver a replacement vehicle to you, even at the accident site if needed.
Vehicle Delivery
After your application is approved, we’ll organise the delivery of a replacement vehicle at a time and location that works best for you. Our goal is to minimise any disruption to your daily life.
Using the Replacement Vehicle
While using the vehicle, you’re responsible for everyday costs like fuel, tolls, and any driving penalties, just as you would be with your own car.
Returning the Vehicle
When your car is repaired or your insurance settlement is finalised, we’ll coordinate the return of the replacement vehicle. We aim to make this step as convenient as possible.
Cost Recovery Process
After the vehicle is returned, Botany Smash Repairs manages the recovery of costs directly from the at-fault party’s insurer. We may request your assistance during this stage to ensure a smooth resolution.
